Important House Policies

  • No mail or package delivery to the property (PO Box required)

  • No address use for residency, licenses, or registrations

  • Quiet hours enforced per HOA guidelines

  • All fees are disclosed prior to booking

Utilities

Trash service and high-speed internet are included with the rental. Electricity, water, and gas are included up to $300 per month. Any combined utility charges exceeding $300 in a given month will be billed to the tenant for the remaining balance.
